Challenge and Context
The client was progressing with operational improvements based on Kintone and faced several requirements:
- Developing multiple plugins in parallel, with the intention of packaging them as their own offering
- Implementing licensing and authentication as usage and user numbers increased
- Designing a plugin architecture that works reliably within Kintone’s constraints
Off-the-shelf plugins and external tools did not fully meet these needs, so they engaged Arsdot to develop custom plugins alongside an operator-facing platform for management and tracking.

We delivered four Kintone plugins in parallel, enabling the client to offer them as part of their own portfolio. Alongside licensing, authentication, and usage tracking, the platform provides a flexible way to streamline a range of internal workflows.
