Experience designing and building web apps or business systems / ability to drive work proactively / using technology as a means to solve real problems
Nice-to-have
Experience with SaaS, operational improvement, or AI-enabled projects / requirements work and client communication / moving ambiguous situations forward / involvement from design through proposal and improvement
Responsibilities
Design, development, and improvement for SaaS, business systems, and AI-related initiatives / shaping requirements, direction, and architecture / designing solutions across leadership, operations, and end users / shaping how we collaborate with clients
Work style
Primarily remote / hours and engagement model agreed per assignment / ongoing engagement or project-based both possible
Compensation
Hourly from JPY 2,500–8,000 depending on experience and role / monthly retainer or per-project arrangements available
